freedom and maintaining

um...been gone from blogging-world quite a while..don't know why recently i feel the urge to write down everything inside my head. Tried to follow what my friend (mba met, thanks) shared about what she heard from radio: a good exercise to "throw away" all your hectic thought is by writing down all the things that u have to do first thing in the morning. well, believe it or not,it helps,at least for me...

these 2 days especially, been thinking a lot of things (as in A LOT, from A to Z)..  now, what i want to share is what i got from DATE last night. Hope it will bring something good to you too..

first of all thanks to God for bringing me to this amazing Date! such an alive and dynamic community and also very supportive! (i know I'm in the right track).. last night we were discussing about Freedom. Interesting how the discussion led and touched into many different aspect, starting from the past, habit, childhood, parenting and lot of things.

anyway, the main topic is about how you manage to use your freedom so that you won't fall into the same mistake that you've done in the past? when u did something or let say addicted to something negative and then you accept God, means that you are being free but how to maintain it?what is the step that has to be done in order to be always in that white zone or go to the next level..

there's one, talking bout her relationship with her parents..suddenly reflect mine as well. start to think, what have i done for my family? how come?why?who? all the questions started to come out and made me think think think hard..

again, the other one talked about her childhood...and again, started to reflect back about my childhood..what happen, how did it finally shape me,shape my character..and then the question: did i blame my parents for what they did? have i forgive them? can i accept myself now?have i become a free elies?

and again all these questions come back to the main question: freedom..it's our freedom to think negative or positive...we have freedom to do something about it..either we keep it inside our mind and be mad or move on and go to the next level..be something better and different!

other talk about 'forgiving' (well i don't know if this out of topic, but somehowwe all believe this lead to something good). how she forgive her neighbor and make her become a free man,a new one, no more pressure inside her mind and soul. made me think again if i have wound that unheal? do i have it? i don't know.. again, make me think, harder this time...

Freedom is something that we receive by God once we accept Him as our saviour (define by me). and the challenge is do we only use that freedom we have for our advantage or do we also use it for other's as well? To make it easier to understand, let me give me 1 example that is given by a friend. we can act really nice and fine to our customer (this means we use our freedom of behaving wisely) but,do we give same attitude to our family? have you give your best to your family, friends, people you love by using your freedom wisely? Is this making any sense?
